Is your Instagram compliant?
You snap a picture of your latest listing, think of a clever caption, add a few hashtags and upload it onto your professional instagram account. But is everything there that needs to be? Instagram is becoming a very popular and easy way to market our listings, but many of us are forgetting important pieces of the puzzle.
Can you tell which post below is compliant with North Carolina license laws?
If you guessed the image to the right, you are correct! Instagram posts must contain the real estate firm name must be immediately visible on your posts. Blind ads are a common mistake when it comes to social media posts. If you are not including the firm name in your posts, you are putting yourself at risk.
